工作职责：

1. Conduct immediately investigation base on the information from Sales or customer service. Get defect samples, defect picture, defect ratio, etc.
2. Coordinate with Production and maintenance team members to review defect samples and find the real root cause after deep analysis, issue and implement correction action and preventive action.
3. Conduct daily online support, responsible for daily troubleshooting and follow up. Provide training to quality technician and inspectors.
4. Cooperate with QA team members, correctly interpret and work out specifications of Components, and finished products, to fulfill Babtec CAQ requirement.
5. Support and participate internal / external quality audit activities which including but not limited to ISO9001, CGMP, etc.
6. Be in charge of quality control and quality plan for molding and assembly production.
7. Participate procedure control, auditing and projects relating to quality.
8. Conduct training and coaching for QA staff and all employees involved in other functional departments in terms of quality standards, specifications, inspection and testing methods and strengthen their sense of quality.
9. Assist assembly line qualification.
10. Other jobs assigned by department manager or supervisor.

职位要求:

1. College education and / or above, engineering background.
2. At least two years of QA Engineer work experience in MNC, from molding and assembly industry preferred.
3. Knowledge of quality control, specifications and test methods of metal and plastic materials, ISO9000, be familiar with statistical tools like FMEA, SPC, knowledge of CAQ is a plus.
4. Good communication and coordination skills, team work spirit.
5. Good English and computer skills of Word, Excel, etc.
