Responsibility:

1. Provide backup assistance to team leader in the effort to achieve objectives
2. Assist in the execution of activities related to the ongoing project
3. Ensures project reviews take place, and that the appropriate personnel participate
4. Monitoring the project variables (cost, effort, etc) against the project management plan and the project performance baseline
5. Implement corrective actions to solving issues and risks properly
6. Work with functional teams to make sure all activities meet with customers' requirement
7. Other tasks assigned by leader.

Position Requirements:
1. Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2. At least 3 years working experience. Plastic product design experience using 2D and 3D software
3. Knowledge of project management and its techniques and tools
4. Experience in both high volume and batch manufacturing in a plastic injection molding environment. Knowledge of multi-cavities plastic tooling and their application.
5. Good communication skills. Fluent oral and written English and skill in computer
6. Culturally aware with a strong customer and quality focus.
