Job NATURE & SCOPE

This is a software development position that is responsible for the design and implementation of software applications and components under the supervision of the Project Team Lead and the Software Development Lead.
Report to China R&D Development Lead

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Participate as a member of the development team.
- Work closely with Product Manager and Software Architect, and Senior Software Engineer to generate detailed design of sub-system and components. Ensure design consistency.
- Responsible for coding, and unit testing of components. Ensure implementation quality and compliance to design and coding standards.
- Provide accurate effort and timing estimations.
- Perform code inspections and walk-throughs.
- Generate proper design documentation.
- Follow established product development process of Shanghai R&D site. Be an advocate for quality.

Education
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering & related fields.
Experience
2-3 years
Specific skills (core competencies, key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)
Languages: Good English/Chinese skills
IT-knowledge:
Technical skills: C++ and Visual Studio required. Visual Basic, .Net, and Java knowledge is a plus.
Soft skills: Time Management, Analysis and Synthesis.
Specific skills / other: previous work experience in healthcare IT is a plus 举报 分享
