职位描述：

· New-business risk identification and assessment;

· Planning and execution of periodical review on business line or products;

· Log operation loss events and risk analysis performing;

· Firm-wide Risk Committee coordination and support;

· Firm-wide or regional business continuity management planning and execution;

· Handle series of risk management related regulatory requirements including but not limited to risk management research, risk report, inquires and etc;

· Other external/internal risk related tasks.

· Strong experience in operational risk control at top-tier securities companies or other financial institutions;

· Profound knowledge of the capital markets and various financial products;

· Ability to develop strong working relationships with Business and Internal control counterparts;

· Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal;

· Professional writing skills in both Chinese and English is essential;

· Excellent coordination skills;

· Ability to excel under pressure and to prioritize appropriate to respond to deadline requests;

· Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience;

· A Master/bachelor degree in finance or other related majors from the first-tier universities.
