As our System Integration BSA, you'll bring a broad experience of successfully delivering a
balance of technical and leadership value that enables our partners to increase productivity,
realize efficiencies and build profitable customer experiences. In addition, you'll get to work
alongside truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting
collaboration and innovation.
To be considered, you'll bring the following:
? Strong leadership experiences, with the ability to guide teams in project delivery and
technical solutions
? Experience working with mixed development teams of full-time employees and
contractors in both onshore and offshore models
? Successfully elicit from appropriate suppliers all forms of requirements (e.g. functional,
performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical)
? Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
? Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business
outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology
- 2 years’ additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Solid understanding of EDI standards and its business applicability and value
- 3+ years experience with SAP Solutions (Order Fulfillment, like SD/MM) and IDOCs
- Experience with application integration using API and RESTful web services preferred
- Experience with technical analysis including the ability to discover and recommend solutions,
define business impacts and provide technical analysis to new System Integration initiatives
and enhancements
- Engage IT resources in the analysis, construction, testing and implementation of System
Integration interfaces (include but not limited to EDI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication (in both English and Chinese)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate diverse tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage complex priorities & communications
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with System Integration (such as EDI) implementation in the Retail, Logistics and
Finance industries
- Experience with System Integration in E-Commerce/Digital area
- Knowledge of System Integration (such as EDI) technical processes and communication
processes
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project activities and deliverables for System Integration (not limited
to EDI) links from source to target with external partners and the NIKE team.
- Perform technical analytics related to advanced data analysis, data mining, and source to
target mapping
- Create and maintains complex context process and system diagrams
- Work with remote groups such as vendors, other Nike facilities, and or departments to
gather and document tactical requirements from the business.
- Coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical
solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced functional
specs
- Conform to standards, processes, and policies. Apply global process standards to
regional technology solutions.
- Work with systems personnel to implement design. Participates in development of project
plan/timeline. Provides input into project management
- Communicate project status to mgmt and the business. Provides support and participates
in change management at department and end user level.
- May create reports and consult on best practice configuration of systems. May configure
packaged solutions to unique and complex business requirements
- Oversees and performs complex testing activities including construction of test
plans/scripts including the expected results and the validation of test results.
- Communicate and document system changes to the business. Translate system
