Responsibility:

Contract Management:
- To co-ordinate with the Legal team in Head office on managing contracts ensuring guidelines and processes (Local and company) are being followed. This includes:
- To effectively vet and finalize contracts for FMC, Vendors in China / Mongolia and Hong Kong
- To coordinate and finalize Mission contracts
- Maintain a repository of all contracts and ensure all contracts are valid (extensions are done on time)

Compliance:
- To manage the DMS system for contracts in China, Mongolia and Hong Kong
- Ensure on time management of compliance for China as a region including the representative offices
- Ensure licenses of VFS and partners are in order to ensure continuity of work or take appropriate action

Legal:
- To be an in house resource providing accurate information and ensuring completition of overall VFS business activities in China – rules, regulations, setting up new businesses/ offices, etc.
- Ensure company follows all statutory regulations in compliance with the local laws/ administration. To be aware of all changes in the local laws/ administration and take appropriate action as required.
- To work with external legal consultants when required to accomplish company deliverables
- Protect the interests of the company.

Other:
- Must be able to build contacts with local authorities to effectively manage situations

Requirement:

？ Bachelor or Master degree in Law. Good Knowledge of Chinese Law - have “legal qualification certificate” of China
？ 7 plus years’ experience
？ Experience in contract management/ setting up new businesses/ Compliance management.
？ Team player
