职位描述:
? Conduct structured requirement collection meetings and work with users to define user requirements in detail for system solutions
? Document user requirements for system development and delivery
? Work/coordinate with development team/vendor to develop functional specifications for the design and delivery of system solution
? Assist/facilitate/advise users on the review and signoff of the business requirements
? Coordinate with users in preparation of test scripts, test conditions and performing thorough and complete user acceptance testing (UAT) of systems;
? Develop project plan with developers and all stakeholders
? Monitor and manage the vendor as part of project management
? Conduct project meetings
? Manage the implementation of application projects with the objectives to complete the project on time and on budget
? Recommend system solution to align with workflow and business needs
? Develop automation tools using Microsoft Office tools
? Design, prepare and automate management information reports
? Provide in-house training for users to insure effective and proper use of systems;
? Provide user support for applications that are in production
? Lead and provide training for junior business analysts
? Perform other tasks as required by superior
Requirements
? Have minimum a diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
? Accredited PMP a definite asset
? Have at least 10 years working experience business analysis, business requirements documentation and project management preferably in general insurance industry
? Have working experience in systems and methods
? Participated in system development project
? Successful track record in management of system development project
? Experience in vendor management
? Experience in user training
? Conversant with MS tools and SQL. Knowledge of Visio an asset
? Have strong business sense ;
? Have good communication skills and ability to deal with all level of staff;
? Skilled in stakeholder management
? Effective communication skills in English and Chinese, both verbal and written
