Responsibilities:
- PV Inverter development, research and engineering to manufacturing standard and national standard
- Meet local market's needs, standards...
- Specifically, design, simulation, test and optimization PV Inverter
- Adaptation to manufacturing process based on prototype model, with consideration of operation efficiency and cost optimization
- Working with customer (BU) R&D to address customer requirements
- Collaborating with Siemens global R&D on knowledge sharing and technology innovation

Competencies:
- Grid connected PV inverter (large power>150KW) development know- how, SW and HW
- Experience of PV inverter's grid connection
- Power electronics development tools
- Power electronics cooling know- how
- Mechanical design experience
- PV inverter development relevant skills (i.e., simulation techniques, field bus PV characteristics such as MPPT, low voltage ride through)
- Communication and presentation
- MS Office Packages
- English
