岗位职责：

 

l Be responsible for specific project organization establishment and control according to project and client’s requirement, be responsible for project management documentation compilation, check the contractor relevant document, execute the project plans, Including human resource demobilization and mobilization, project schedule, project HSE, Quality, documentation and logistic management; keep contact and communicate with the client, contractor and engineers to meet project targets. 负责特定项目机构的组建与控制，满足项目与业主的要求，并执行项目计划，包括人员的动复员、项目计划，项目HSE、质量、进度、文档与后勤管理。保持与业主、承包商和工程师沟通，达到项目的要求。

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering, mechanical , electric or relevant本科以上学历，化工工程，机械，电气或其他相关专业

 Over 8 years experiences with OGP projects, especially good at CAPEX project procedure management, served as petrochemical, chemical project manager 8年以上OGP项目的工作经验，熟悉大型项目的管理，曾任石化、化工项目总监代表或项目总监

 Good knowledge about commissioning/start-up/shutdown in OGP plant 对OGP工厂的试车/开车/停车及设备调试有一定的经验

 Be familiar with the QA/QC procedure, has some knowledge with the material, welding & NDE. 熟悉QA/QC管理程序，对材料、焊接及无损检验有一定的了解。

 Experience with RBI (risk based inspection), PMC (project management & consulting ) or HAZOP is preferred 有基于风险的检验，项目管理咨询或HAZOP经验者优先

 Good communication skill and can use English as working language 良好的沟通技巧，能将英语作为工作语言

 Team-spirited and can work under pressure 富有团队合作精神，能承受压力

Can travel frequently 能接受频繁出差

 Good health is required 身体健康

 With national construction engineer qualification is preferred具备国家建造工程师资质优先

Founded in year 2001 in Shanghai, Industry and Facilities (I&F) Division is one of the four operation platforms of Bureau Veritas in China. It provides conformity assessment and technical consulting services related with QHSE and Social Responsibility to domestic and foreign companies, from small to very large ones in the fields of industry, construction, and management systems, aiming at creating added value for clients through assistance in risk management and performance optimization.
