职位描述：
1 Drive cross function communications with sales teams, demand planners to deliver operational delivery plan
2 Order allocation and checking based on demand plan, MOQ checking
3 Drive for communications with global customer service team as well as dairies to ensure delivery plan execution and in time
4 Analysis and regular reports such as order in pipeline order tracking, stock and delivery tracking, delivery accuracy, wastage of finished goods, etc
5 Control and optimize stock level for daily operation and minimise aging stock and avoid finished good scrapped
6 Order placement to Import dept
7 Order placement to customer service, MOQ checking, check for order/APO matching
8 Participate in S&OP process to make sure of supply chain can fulfill requirements
9 Suggest and make continuous improvement on planning and stock management covering process, WOW, as well as whole supply chain

Competencies：
Functional competencies:
1 Education at university level or above, preferred within Supply Chain management or similar
2 3-5 years of experiences within planning

General competencies:
1 Good command of English in both written and oral communications
2 Multi-cultural agility
3 IT skills (mail/calendar, office, Internet/Intranet, Excel)
4 Leadership (build positive relation, commitment, decisive, etc.)
