职位描述：
招聘岗位：销售助理/项目管理专员  

招聘要求：    
良好的综合素质，英语书写流利，能与客户直接通过电子邮件顺畅交流；    
熟悉常用办公软件（Office, Outlook等）的操作并熟练运用电脑办公；    
善于钻研翻译软件，并有热情去学习没使用过的软件；    
能吃苦耐劳，承受压力，能根据国外客户的时差适应灵活的工作时间；    
能够主动工作，理解能力强，工作效率高；    
工作认真细致，有较强的沟通能力。    

岗位职责：    
1、协助领导跟进、管理国内外客户，并独立跟进客户，解决客户需求；    
2、协助领导向客户提供翻译项目的解决方案及报价，项目管理及售后服务的一条龙服务方案；    
3、项目管理：负责将客户项目文件分配给公司内外合适的人选进行处理，并控制项目进程和时间节点；负责并对提交的项目进行检查（QA），确保符合客户的各项要求，及时提交项目，满足客户需求；    
4、协助领导开拓海外市场，开拓更多有本地化需求的终端客户，以及维护现有客户关系，实现业务量的稳定增长；    
5、维护好新老客户并管理好客户的相关资料（如风格指引、TM、术语库等）；    
6、积极协调与各部门的关系，与客户沟通生产中的问题，完成客户及领导交付的工作。    

发展方向：    
熟悉并精通翻译业务的各项常识和客户维护技巧，从而通过技术营销路线，能独立开发自己的客户，带团队，建立事业部、分公司等。    

优先考虑：    
1.有CAT工具(如Trados, Memoq，Transit,  Across等)使用经验。    
2.有翻译本地化行业的项目管理经验的。    

待遇：基本工资+项目提成+月度绩效+年底分红
