With its rapid business development, naked Hub has an ambitious plan in China. In 2017, we plan to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Analyst role for the Business expansion.

Responsibilities:
? Responsible for sales reports on business performance: prepare reporting, analyses and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
? Support on the Sales Planning and Development to develop strategic sales planning and sales execution plan for different sales teams.
? Research, analyze and develop business plans that evaluate channel strategy, trends, new business opportunities, growth and/or cost efficiencies.
? Facilitate scalability and efficiency through review and analysis of sales processes to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
? Conduct market research, market/competitor intelligence.
? Keep effective internal communications with different levels in the organization.
? Other administrative duties support assigned by Head of Sales - China

Requirements:

? A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, consulting, planning or related field preferred.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
? Good command of analytical and quantitative skills.
? Business driven mindset and holistic approach.
? A problem solver and self-motivator with good judgment
? Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.
? Excellent verbal and written skills of English and Mandarin.
? Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft suites.
