Overview:

With its rapid business development, naked Hub has an ambitious plan in China. In 2017, we plan to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Specialist role for the Business expansion.

Responsibilities:
? Response customer calls and handle inquiry directly and appropriately.
? Consistently presents the full range of naked Hub products, services and other business related question to every customer over the telephone.
? Be familiar with the telephone communication skills, understand the customer’s needs. Maintain the target customers. Ability to close a deal in due course.
? Manage and coordinate operations of the call center while fostering a consistent culture of customer service excellence and collaboration.
? Review call center policies and procedures to support the development and implementation of changes or updates.
? Prepare call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
? Analyze the call center budget statistics on a weekly or monthly basis to forecast trends.
? Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and composure when challenged.

Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
? Thorough understanding of call center systems, procedures and processes.
? Minimum 2 years of call center, telesales or telemarketing experience working experience.
? Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of staff and a patient population composed of diverse cultures and age groups
? Strong interpersonal and team skills
? Native mandarin speaker with fluency in verbal and written English
