职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1, Good understanding on shoes components - both for sport, unconstructed and constructed.
2, Strong technical understanding of shoe production including shoe fit.
3, Sales follow-up - and repeat management
4, Work with Brand Director, Design, Buying Manager and suppliers on sample developments
5, Make sure that salesman samples/development samples’ quality are good
6, Make sure that salesman samples/development samples’ deadlines are kept
7, Assure valid cost breakdowns
8, Follow up orders
9, Evaluate suppliers’ performance timely, Control lead-times, Control quality, Negotiate and implement supply agreements
10, Assist Buying Manager in generating sourcing strategy
11, Source, shortlist and pre-qualify suppliers
12, Optimize supply chain (suppliers and sub-suppliers)
13, Process optimization (internal and external)
14, Represent and communicate the Bestseller Code of Conduct

Qualifications:
1, You have strong knowledge in men's shoes industry
2, You can work independently
3, You have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
4, You have good English skills, both spoken and written
5, You can identify new trends of men's shoes and implement this in your work
6, You have a good commercial understanding and know the main trends within men’s shoes.
7, You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in men's shoes industry
