职责范围
Broad Function

? 根据公司发展战略,领导公司品牌及产品的传播与推广活动,以树立并加强公司在业内的领导地位。
Lead brand building and communication in line with company strategies to establish and enhance SCL’s leading image in related industries.

? 与公司总部及内部合作,设计、更新销售工具,培训销售团队正确运用这些工具,以提高销售效率。
Collaborate with global and internal colleagues to design and update sales tools, arrange training for proper use of the tools to improve selling effectiveness

? 搜集市场及竞争对手信息,协助销售战略战术的制定与调整
Trace market trends and competitive information to contribute to the setting up and adjustment of sales growth strategies and tactics

? 积极主动与销售团队沟通,根据区域特点设计相关市场活动,协助销售区域的实现其增长策略
Proactively communicate with sales force to propose marketing activities to support regional sales growth


主要责任
Principal Responsibilities

? 全面负责公司品牌形象的维护,确保公司标识、商标等在内部及外部的正确使用;
Responsible for establishing and enhancing SCL image from all difference aspects; ensure the correct use of SCL related logos

? 借鉴总部经验,设计挑选海报、样品、宣传资料、宣传品等各种展示手段。管理其库存,确保及时供应与更新。
Leveraging with global marketing team to select and design posters, sample display, give-aways and other promotional materials. Manage the stocks to ensure sufficient supply and timely update

? 维护并更新公司网站;与相关网站、媒体等合作,确保公司良好的曝光度及相关搜索排名
Maintain and update SCL’s website; work with other websites, media and related companies to ensure adequate exposure of SCL brands and top ranking of SCL in major search engines

? 跟踪业内相关活动的动态,组织参加选定的展会并开展相关宣传活动,以协助销售获得更多的业务机会
Follow related exhibitions, trade shows, etc. in the industry and organize events and participation at selected exhibitions to support sales for lead generation

? 结合市场趋势、公司产品推广及各销售区域的需求,与总部、内部各部门及合作伙伴配合,组织研讨会等市场推广活动,以加强公司品牌形象,获得更多业务机会
Work with global, internal and external partners to organize seminars and other promotional activities based on market trends and regional and product promotion needs to enhance image and generate new leads

? 根据公司策略及产品推广的需求,选择适当的合作伙伴进行市场调研、广告宣传等活动
Arrange advertisements and market research according to company strategies and promotional needs.

? 组织公司与战略合作伙伴,包括重要客户、相关原材料供应商、胶囊充填机生产厂家、研发机构及院校之间的合作活动与项目
Organize activities with strategic partners, such as universities, key customers, related raw material suppliers, CFM manufactures, R&D institutes.

? 及时向销售队伍发布最新的市场和产品信息。
Timely release of latest market and product information to sales force.

? 收集和确认竞争对手动向,开展竞争对手调研。定期更新竞争对手数据库,向销售队伍和管理人员公布情况。
Monitor competition by collecting, verifying relevant information and conducting competitive research. Regular update of competitor data base and publish the result to field sales and management personnel.

? 有效和及时地控制宣传及促销计划的预算,实现公司预定的市场目标。
Control marketing budget in alignment with corporate marketing objectives in an effective and timely manner

? 遵循公司的标准操作规程,与采购部合作,挑选和管理与市场部相关的供应商。
Vendor selection and management with purchasing department according to SOP of procurement and supply
