职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- To ensure that the quality of gas turbine engines and components manufactured at STP meet global Siemens standard.
- To support establishment of a gas turbine quality culture at STP through leadership and supervision.
Tasks:
- To follow MQCP process at STP by making final quality checks and documenting the results
- To act as representatives of the Berlin plant through communication, support & knowledge
- To support effective MDR process for parts manufactured at STP.
- To establish a gas turbine quality culture at STP through leadership and supervision.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods & technologies
- Knowledge of quality management methods
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in the assembly of large turbo sets or other devices of similar complexity: - Preparation of the assembly taks, conduction of the assembly quality assurance"
- Experience with modern quality assurance methods
- Demonstration of ownership and responsibility within job history
- Experience with cooperation in multinational companies
- Sufficient communication in Mandarin and at least one foreign language: English or German
