职位描述：
Job Overview:
The Social Account Director will be part of the senior management team to run company business, develop new clients, and expand company business.

Job Responsibilities:
To establish a stable, long-term business relationship with clients;
Ability to understand client’s business needs and find opportunity to grow client’s business in the digital space.
To make plans on social digital activities for clients, provide digital marketing advice and solutions for clients and be responsible for the project proposal;
To have in-depth understanding on the digital and social environment and always keep client’s and internal team updated;
To analyze client's products and competitors synthetically, and to excavate the client's needs constantly;
To lead and participate in new business development;
To manage and lead account team with effective performance, and be responsible for developing plan of team members.
To accurately understand and guide client’s requirements together with team member and develop proposal plans for clients;
Report directly to General Manager.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in the area of digital social advertising;
Ability to undertake large pitches or proposals independently, with excellent ability of communication and presentation skills;
Abundant working experience in serving senior clients, along with experience and ability of doing comprehensive training for the account department independently.
A good team player;
Ability of coordination, judgment, integration and decision-making, self-motivated,
Strong sense of responsibility, self-learning ability and creative passion;
