PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Support Digital Marketing Manager for multi-media based promotion contents creation. Text creation, layout design, translates and develops brand and product contents support official website, official Wechat account, Approach app, and email platform promotion use.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

Generate marketing contents to support marketing events, theme campaigns and product promotions, etc. Assist to execute digital promotion strategies and analysis post contents and running columns’ performance to increase public awareness of Oxford brand and its key products. Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan suitable and effective online based marketing campaigns.

Collect and analysis target audiences’ requests and feedback regularly to optimize content and services operation.



KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE


· Bachelor Degree or upper level education

· Working experience in digital marketing especially running social media platforms like Wechat, Weibo, ZhiHu，Douban, are preferred.

· Must be motivated, results oriented and highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload.

· Exceptional translation skills and a very good literacy with strong copywriting skills

· Strengths in analytics and critical thinking

· Computer literacy including a good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

· Understanding in photographic and layout design, basic knowledge of Photoshop, Video shooting 举报 分享
