JOB BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS/岗位要求
1. At least 4 years working experience in Human Resources of multinational company, IC industry preferred;
2. Integrity, self-motivated and proactively;
3. Familiar with China and Shanghai labor laws and related business regulations;
4. Familiar with full function of Human Resources including recruitment, C&B,performance management, employee relationship management, career development, compensation and so on;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Solid problem solving skill;
7. Multi-task, flexible, result-driven, accurate and attentive to detail;
8. High sense of confidentiality;
9. Fluent in Chinese and English.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要工作职责
1. In charge of recruitment, C&B,performance management and employee relationship management;
2. In charge of HR projects and plans;
3. Independently deal with employees and related government departments;
4. In charge of employee personnel files, training files and talent development information management;
5. Review and update HR related policy to meet company growth and compliance local laws;
6. Organize different activities to promote company culture;
7. Coach and mentor junior staffs;
8. In charge of HR reports and the other administration assigned by line mangers.
