职位描述：
Essential Job Functions and Duties:

1.收集整理审核客户发来的票据
Collect, review, and collate original vouchers from clients

2.在高级会计顾问的监督下准备客户账户信息
Prepare client’s management accounts under the supervision of senior accountants

3. 客户材料的收编
Keep and organize client records and documentation

4. 提供财务/记账/库存/税务等服务
Provide financial / accounting /treasury/ tax assistance in ad-hoc projects

5. 协助高级会计顾问进行客户升级服务及新客户服务
Support senior with clients’ growing services and new clients’ services

Requirements:
1. 有会计从业资格证
Accounting take-up qualification (会计从业资格证);

2.1-2年外企或者会计事务所/相关咨询公司工作经验
1- 2 years of related work experience in WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprise) or with accounting outsourcing team in the accounting/consulting firms

3. 掌握PRC账务及税务知识，熟悉记账和应收流程，熟练掌握财务软件操作。
Good understanding of PRC accounting and tax compliance requirements, familiar with billing and AR process; experienced in accounting software and tax filing system

4. 熟练运用英语，可使用英语交流及记账
Good command of business English; able to communicate and prepare accounts in English

5. 善于交流，反应敏捷，思路灵活
Outstanding communication skill and problem solving skills are highly desired
