职位描述：
Responsibilities:

? Review and develop group reporting calendar to local finance teams and corporate accounting team to ensure smooth financial reporting cycle
? Supervise month-end global consolidation process to ensure monthly consolidated accounts under US GAAP are accurate and complete global wise
? Prepare month-end reporting package and ad-hoc analyses to the Board of Directors
? Monitor and improve month-end closing process for the accounting team and Operate and continually improve certain key reporting controls
? Interact with functional departments and provide financial advice to senior finance management team in the process of develop and well document internal control documentation for all major financial cycles, including but not limited to Revenue Recognition policy, I/C policy, F/A policy, RMA policy, Inventory control and management policy …….etc
? Coordinate with external auditors during the annual (and potentially quarterly) audits and review the proposed adjustments as well as draft audit reports
? Research and prepare accounting treatment for unusual and complex transactions and provide group policy support to accounting team
? Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by finance team leaders

Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or Business-related major
? Qualified CICPA or US CPA
? 6 – 8 years of accounting experience, at least 4 years of public accounting experience
? Recent SEC reporting experience
? Recent experience with IPO, M&A and/or restructuring transactions
? Recent experience of working with cross-border teams
