Goals/Mission
- The role of IE - Product is to coordinate and support implementation of all production improvements. IE - Product supports the Production department with all HSE, Quality and optimization issues that need attention.
Dimensions
- IE - Product acts as a supporting link between the Production department and the rest of the organisation.
Working Partners/Contacts
- As IE - Product, your role is to develop a network in all of the Local organization that ensures you can coordinate issues from Production with the responsible departments.
Tasks
- Attending EHS issues in Production that support our Zero Harm campaign
- Attending Quality issues in Production to ensure FPY
- Attending Optimization issues in Production to reduce the total leadtime
Knowledge/Technologies
- Value Stream Mapping (Lean)
- Chemical understanding (Data sheets)
- JIT (Lean)
