职位描述
Job Definition--Responsibility:
1.Develop Account plan:
Ensure accuracy in Retail survey;
Comprehensive understanding of Retail landscape;
Initiate strategy on growing share in the accounts
2.Customer Management:
Build strong relationships with key accounts (secure prime space, sales clerks push HTC, promotion focused on HTC, etc.);
Make periodic Account visits and build strong relationships with the Key Accounts;
Interface with FD customers to ensure accounts are being covered & well serviced;
Provide the support to provincial operator manager. for operator subsidy biz;
3.Drive Sell-Thru and Effective Coverage:
Set Smart Targets at the account level;
Drive order rate of the accounts;
Make frequent Shop visits to monitor & audit Execution (shops visits, price execution, cross sale, promotion, etc.);
4.Promotion:
Effective utilization of Retail Resources (Promoters, Counters, Dummies, POSM, etc.) to drive and Coverage (Real & Effective);
5.People management:
Smart deployment of Resources so that CM/SR productivity is optimized;
Data reporting discipline;
Coaching;
Conduct performance review at account level;
6.Ensure data maintenance accuracy in system:
Ensure correct shop profile information;
Ensure correct account-shop relationship;
