Job Responsibilities:
- Process daily cash and bank payment, cash and bank entries booking;
- AR and AP entry inputting, and prepare weekly AR/AP reports;
- Issue invoices to customer correctly and timely according to request, verify VAT invoice and reconcile the input/output tax;
- Manage invoice including purchase, cancel, credit and file invoices;
- Monthly financial vouchers and documents filing;
- Office administrative work;
- Other duties assigned by finance manager
Job Requirements:
- College or Bachelor degree in finance or accounting
- 2 or 3 years accounting experience is preferred
- ERP experience is a must
- Junior account qualification certificate
- Proficient in MS Office with a strong skill set in Excel
- Good written English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and a team player
