To support our Centers in and outside of Beijing, our International HR Team is looking for reinforcement.

Your Role
？Further develop current Recruiting strategies, partners and events
？Be the main contact person for job postings and scheduling of interviews
？Proactively engage in administrative assistance during onboarding processes
？Monitor current processes and voice optimization ideas
？Collaborate closely with our International HR Manager and our Chinese HR team

Your Background
？Min. 1 year International Recruiting experience
？Min. Bachelor degree
？Fluent in Mandarin and English and a good understanding of Chinese working culture
？A passion for communication and working in an intercultural environment
？A good team player with solid stakeholder management skills
？A pro-active attitude combined with a hands-on approach
