职位描述：
He/she will work in an international context as LTE feature verification OAM test engineer and interact with world wide Nokia R&D centers and customers.

The key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Support Test Manager, Project Manager in developing and executing OAM product/release test plan.
- Write test specification including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Report
- Execute test cases, analyze test result, report test result on schedule.
- Follow Quality Process: find, characterize, track and verify defects. Provide detail log to design team if needed.
- Regular report on test progress
- Take technical leadership in identifying, investigating, reporting and follow-up with design teams for all issues raised during the test
- Support operation/trial teams for successful network deployment or trials on customer sites



Qualified requirement:

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other Telecom related areas
- At least 2 year experience in System of SW testing/development.
- At least 1 year experience as the technical prime of testing activities, involving multiple interfaces (e.g. architect, design team, and so on)
- Good telecom knowledge is a plus, especially to wireless system (LTE, WCDMA, TDSCDMA etc.)
- Technically competent: able to understand complex technical issues, and good investigation methodology
- Good Study ability, good work attitude, good team work spirit, be able to work under pressure.
