职位描述：

Key Accountabilities
• Perform local IT services/supporting role for delivering the services aligned with services level agreement
• Ensure the appropriation of ERP system best practices through appropriate user coordination and training
• Support local IT project as initiated by Asia ERP application competency Center
• Control the preparation of system test and evaluate their outcome to ensure that standard are maintained with quality and usability
• Perform user requisition collection, analysis and provider solution and corresponding modification description
• Perform Project manager role of partially local Project.
• Perform local IT security officer role and implementing IT security project aligned with SG Global and regional plan/strategy and coordinate with IT onsite support as first contact person with SEA IT
• Perform the regularly IT services report to local management team
• To ensure Audit respond as needed when require and get good rating for all SG GYPUM/SG WEBER operation in China
• IT cost reporting under authorizing level for China
• Manage local IT budget

Qualifications required
• Experience in ERP Application System
• Work in IT Application Service Organization
• Experience on ITSM (IT Services Management) , ITIL
• 3-4 Years of experience in M3 or others ERP Application Experiences of ERP system implementation, business analysis, process design and implementation.
• Experience in project implementation
• Familiar with Manufacturing industry and Processes
• Finance module background (if possible)
• Knowledge of IT project management
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge in the concept of Data Warehouse.
• Knowledge of JavaScript (if possible)
• Knowledge of COGNOS / Crystal report (if possible)
• Knowledge of MS-Office tools.
