Mission
- Using the adequate sources, tools as well as applicable standards for project and sales execution.
- Report to General Manager Business Administration of IS IN BA or its Deputy Commercial Manager
- Subordinates: After orientation/on-the-job-training and proof of skills allocation of small staff (e.g. Ass. / Commercial Officers) as Team leader possible , but No Team Assistants

Task
- Follow the set standards for commercial projects in compliance with rules, regulations
- Adherence to all internal and external financial and reporting rules
- Adherence to quality standards and international audit requirements
- Participation in project bid preparation (incl. commercial LoA, etc.) and negotiations
- Commercial project execution for IN 2 business, Project execution in all phases
- Business report preparation acc. to defined requirements/tools and sources
- Risk Management/Export Control, etc.
- Overhead Cost Control and analysis
- Fixed Asset Mgmt and related issues
- Payment handling
- Realize volume-, cost- and profit- budgets for IN by using professional tools of business administration
Knowledge
- Accounting Principles
- Commercial Project Mgmt.
- Controlling (project/Cost centers, etc.)
- Contract Mgmt.
- Financing / IFRS / Chinese & US GAAP
- English
- Negotiation Skills

- >3-4 years experience
