Position/Title:
AP Accountant
Jobs & responsibilities
Process all supplier invoices and match invoices to purchase order & goods receiving report and obtain proper signatures.
Maintain supplier information and create vendor master file in SAP.
Interact with purchasing & logistical department in managing any past due payments.
Post AP ledger on a daily basis
Prepare AP aging report on a monthly basis to management.
Reconcile AP intercompany balance with Group related parties.
Tax filing and reporting.
Completes month end transactions and accrual.
Review the PO/IR report for goods received but not yet invoiced.
Provide monthly reconciliation between general ledger and sub ledger.
Help manager to prepare for financial statements and Corporate financial reports (FDM report).
Other tasks assigned by Finance manager
Requirements:
Well education background with Bachelor degree. Major in Finance and accounting is preferred.
Have a good command of English, both verbally and in writing.
More than 3 years accounting experience of AP functions in Foreign Invested Enterprise.
SAP knowledge and experience is highly preferable but not a necessity.
High integrity, be proactive, quick to learn, results driven and team working.
Have a good command of MS Office, especially in Excel.
