? Develops and maintains wire harness physical design and installation through the use of 3D wire harness installation models, wire harness assembly models and 2D formboard drawings / 通过 3D 线束安装模型，线束装配模型 与 2D 装配板的图纸起草工作，开发与维护线束实际的设计与安装
? Supports analysis and design reviews / 为分析与设计评审提供支持
? Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance /

? Applies program technical requirements to design work requirements, processes, and tasks / 把项目技术要求应用到 设计工作要求，工艺与任务中去
? Supports the development of processes, methods, and tools that support the design process / 为工艺，方法，工具 的开发提供支持，助力设计工艺
? Communicate and/or implement design solutions / 沟通和/或实施设计解决方案
? Investigate and resolve design issues / 调查与解决设计问题
? Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation / 运用独创性与创新性开发复杂问题的 解决方案

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent / 电 气，机械或航空工程相关领域学士学位或同等学历
? Experience or exposure to CAD design in work or school environment / CAD 软件设计应用或 学习的经验
? Ability to learn and work with MS Office computer applications / 学习与运用办公软件的能力
? Fluent in English (Written and verbal) / 流利的英文口语及书面表达能力
? Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts / 工程原则，理 论，技术与概念知识
? Able to understand technical data / 能够理解技术数据
? Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem solving methodologies / 能够运 用问题解决方法论解决设计问题
? Experience with 2D and 3D CAD design (CATIA) / 运用 CATIA 2D 与 3D 的设计经验
