The key roles and responsibilities of the IT support are:
1. Business support – understand business needs, provide solutions and work with Business Solutions, IT, Strategy, CRM and vendors to improve broker’s productivity through technology and innovation
2. Vendor management – work with vendor to improve current technology platform (e.g. PRIME system) and improve the user friendliness
3. Data administration – ensure data accuracy and completeness in property database to support broker’s and client’s needs
4. Data integration – Take actions to collect, share and reuse data through integration or other tools
5. Data analysis – analyze and advise business on data gaps and to unearth business values & insights from data
6. Data commercialized – find different technology platform to expand the business market and enhance our brand recognition
The IT supporter's KPI are
1) demonstrate our technology capability in large client pitch and help wining through technology (help achieve winning rate of at least 40%)
2) improve the overall technology application in OSG daily operations (improve individual productivity by 30% through automation of routine stuff so that broker can have more time in client facing activities)
3) improve data provision, accurate, completeness, analysis and insights in property databases and system (ePrime data shall be timely, accurately and completely updated with 80% overall satisfactory rating in each city).
Based on the above profile, it is recommended that the IT supporter shall be reasonably IT intellectual, experienced in data, vendor and system management, with 3-5 years of working experiences in business supports. The person shall be a manager (for outstanding candidate).
