职位描述：
Sales Operations (80%), AGM Support (20%)
·CRM management:
 -Create and manage sales forecast numbers per Corp accuracy and timeline requirements
 -Ensure pricing entries are consistent with sales discount plans
 -CBC completion when PO received
 -New request: Create CSR (SPEC) in Appian
 -Acceptance completion to meet ship to acceptance cycle time and quarter commitments
 -Work with OFM group to understand delivery plans to manage acceptance schedules

·New customer set up
 -Collect signed application form from sales
 -Apply when all documents ready in share point
 -Tracking the status and provide the customer code to sales and OFM

·Bidding
 -Complete bidding documents on time if necessary
 -Handle all tasks related to meet bidding needed such as payment etc.
 -Bidding request for all domestic companies

·AR tracking - Co-work with finance and sales to make sure AR of system and Configurable upgrade received on time
·Wafer start tracking -Update wafer start report monthly

Qualifications
-University degree
-Strong MS Office skills, good English skills, prefer working experience w/overseas HQ
