目标职能 OBJECTIVES

Analysing the tolerance concepts in early stages of development. This includes the analysis of various products as well as running dimensional management reviews. The further development of methods and tools in the scope of Dimensional Analysis helps to establish a high quality standard.

岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

• Analysis and support in defining datum systems


• Examining functional critical areas together with development team


• Run arithmetic and statistical tolerance analyses


• Presentation and discussion of tolerance results including optimisation potentials in development teams


• Documentation of tolerance analysis results


• Execution of dimensional management reviews


• Comparison of analysis results to reality (validation) and methodology improvement activities

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor/Master of mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable degree

• Experience in/affinity to product or process development


• Experience in/affinity to tolerance management


• CAD know-how (and tolerance simulation tool 3DCS) would be advantageous


• Good communication and moderation skills


• Superior written and oral English language skills


• Affinity to international cooperation
