1. 参加重大经济合同的谈判和起草，负责对外签订各类合同的法律审核；
Participating in negotiation and drafting of major economic contracts, responsible for legal review of all external contracts
2. 监督公司对外重大经济合同的履行，及时提供法律风险预警；
Monitoring the fulfillment of all the external contracts & alerting the legal risks in time
3. 负责协助外聘律所办理各类诉讼或仲裁以及相关事务处理；
Responsible for handling all litigation or arbitration cases and related affairs
4. 负责管理和联络外部合作律所及其他法律机构；
Responsible for the cooperations with external legal institutions
5. 协助处理部分人事工作；
Responsible for communications with judicial authorities and related govment departments
6. 提供公司内部法律咨询；
Providing internal legal advice for the company
7. 上级主管交办的其它工作
