POSITION SUMMARY:

Based in Shanghai, this position is responsible for supporting the financial activities in China which supports Royal Caribbean’s business and office operation in Greater China (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hongkong).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. System Issue:
.Process and control of accounts payable transactions;
.Review the staff claims in concur system according to the Company T&E Policy;
.Prepare monthly T&E report in detail;
.Record all the payments transaction in JDE
2. Treasury Issue:
.Prepare all payments in e-banking system and overseas payment through the bank;
.Prepare and issue cheque payments according to procedure;
.Prepare the cash book on daily basis;
.Foreign currency declaration per SAFE request;
.Be responsible for electronic payment project;
.Prepare and send the bank slips to corresponding parties on weekly basis
3. Be responsible for Company vendor set up issue; Maintain address book list regularly
4. Supporting the internal and external auditing team
5. Ensuring that Paperwork and Filing is up to date
6. Other misc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance
? One year accounting work experience in MNC.
? Accounting Work permit issued by local authority

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

? Good at English and Mandarin, written and oral
? Good knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and ERP systems are essential. Knowledge of JDE preferred
? Knowledge of Chinese accounting or tax laws and regulations
? Excellent communication and analytical skills
? Excellent influencing and problem solving skills
? Independent and result-oriented
