职位描述：
Responsibilities / 职责
1． 在上级人力资源经理及业务负责人的指导下，通过各种渠道寻访目标人选，并进行相关资料的收集、分类、整理
Under the guidance of HR manager and business manager, to search target candidates, and related data collection, classification, sorting through various channels
2． 负责对候选人的筛选，电话面试，面试组织安排，候选人评估等
Be in charge of candidate screening, telephone interview, interview organizing and arrangement, candidate evaluation etc.
3． 建立人才梯队并维护和候选人的良好关系
Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates
4． 保持于业务部门和的良好关系确保招聘信息通畅及流程顺利推进
Develop and maintain good relationship with business manager to make sure the hiring information and process move smoothly
5． 监督人才市场和竞争对手的信息，并定期提供报告
Monitor talent market and competitor information and provide the report regularly
6． 其他被委派的招聘项目
Other recruiting projects which are assigned
7． 协助直线经理完成新员工培训工作
Assist HR manager to deliver the new employee orientation training

Requirements / 要求
1. 本科学历，英语良好
Bachelor degree, good in English
2. 热爱RPO招聘行业，致力于人力资源招聘方向
Interested in headhunting industry, dedicate in HR recruiting function
3. 1-2 以上企业直接招聘经验（人力资源招聘机构优先）
1-2 years direct recruiting experience in MNCs(Recruiting Agency is a plus)
4. 具备专业的服务意识和结果导向风格
Professional service mindset and results oriented
5. 快速学习和自我激励能力
Quick learner and self motivated
6. 愿意在压力下工作
