Responsibility:
Accounting part:
- Prepare bank reconciliations at month end and liaise and collaborate with banks
- Monthly VAT verify, issue VAT fapiao
- Prepare daily expense payment
- Assist to finish daily bookkeeping and closing accounts end of the month
- Other issues assigned by managers
Admin part:
- Help foreign colleagues to apply/renew working permit and residence permit
- Arrange business trip, like ordering cars, tickets,accomodations,etc
- Ordering Office supplies
- Support HR functions
- Other issues assigned by managers
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or equivalent
- English is a must，German is a plus
- 1 - 2 years of related working experience in multinational companies
- Administration experience is prefer and is willing to do administration's work
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation, superior problem solving and analytical skills
