职位描述：
- Screen, route and answer phone calls
- Visitors' receiving, filtering & recording
- In charge of Ali building card distribution and callback
- Manage the client-side of Ali building visitor registration system
- Manage mailer’s daily work and provide guidance & instruction to her on domestic and international inbound & outbound mail/package handling
- Record and file each shipment according to export compliance policy.
- Support short-term car rental in Shenzhen
- Bill verification, iProc. initiation, Fapiao collection for the monthly courier fee of SZ office
- Be responsible for the loan and callback of portable AV equipment used in training room
- Assist on SZ staff's business visa application
- Maintain SZ office contact list and update SZ office part of CHINA MEMO
- Order name card for SZ staff per request
- Be responsible for recording SZ colleagues’ use of specific stationery, employee benefit cards/company-wide stuff distribution and recording
- Support admin project such as SZ office annual party, lucky draw of office building monthly parking space
- In charge of import declaration and import VAT & duty payment of KJ3 shipments to SZ office
- Implement export compliance policy and provide ETR procedure guide to SZ staff
- Provide local supporting to security dept. such as SZ regular employee’s badge distribution, Qvisit system testing and etc.
