职位描述：
? 1.Prepare global magnitude reporting of business segments.
? 2.Responsible for business segments data extracting and Company Project reporting to global group.
? 3.Responsible for Company Project/Financial Planning/Financial analysis of company.
? 4.Responsible for timesheet collection and Company project cost monitoring of company, ensure data availability for Project and other related business segments.
? 5.Review the T&E expenses claim by employees, review payment request.
? 6.Intercompany transaction and balance reconciliation, limited to Magnitude.
? 7.Working capital management (including AR aging report analysis).
? 8.Support external and internal audit
? 9.Other miscellaneous work as assigned by finance manager, controlling tasks, no accounting tasks.
Key Abilities
? 1.Solid knowledge in reporting/analysis/controlling
? 2.Have the experiences in reporting/analysis/controlling
? 3.familiar with using Excel
? 4.Attention to details (especially to numbers) while demonstrating good business acumen as well
? 5.Active and forward-looking with high aspiration for the career
? 6.Demonstrated the record of stability and commitment of previous work experience.
Education & Experience Requirement
? 1.Bachelor or above degree in Finance
? 2.3 years of working experience in Finance Field
? 3.Fluent with English Language both in oral and written
