职位描述：
1、 根据协议，按时完成应收账款的对账工作
2、 负责应收账款的统计及催收
3、 负责审查逾期未开票和未结算的业务费用
4、 每周更新账龄分析表，并召开会议，向上级领导汇报本周应收未收情况
5、 负责海外D/N作废登记，并制作monthly海外对账单
6、 负责上传应收数据至财务系统，并确保相关数据的准确性
7、 月底关账应收数据的检查，生成收款凭证现金流标志
8、 负责收款凭证的装订
9、 完成上级领导交办的其他工作


任职资格：
1、大专以上学历；
2、良好的英语读写能力和团队合作精神；
3、良好的计算机操作能力，熟练运用Excel；
4、良好的服务意识及沟通表达能力 ；
5. 工作积极主动、认真仔细、责任心强、能在较强的压力下工作;
6、有物流行业结算经验或财务经验者优先。 举报 分享
