Overview:
naked Hub is a platform to help start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.

With its rapid business development, naked Hub has an ambitious plan in China, the total number of hubs is 7 in 2016. In 2017, we plan to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Community Head position.
Responsibilities:
? Drive hub operation and service excellency, creating a customer-focused service organization, where members can enjoy their working experience at hub
? Lead the efforts to build, support and maintain a collaborative community by facilitating the development of strong and productive connections between members to create member-to-member business interactions
? Develop community initiatives designed to create business and social connections between members.
? Actively pursue and bring in events that can benefit our community and members, and to manage the event process to ensure all member or non-member events are organized to the company standard.
? Responsible and accountable for the monthly financial performance for the hub including revenue, occupancy, member churn rate, expenses, operational KPI, community KPI, member satisfaction level, etc., by executing the company sales strategies
? Create pleasant physical environment and cared working atmosphere, by managing and developing the team
? Identify and create partnerships that will benefit our community members and drive the promotion of their products and services.
? Provide formal and on-the-job coaching to your team, and to ensure we execute on all objectives and achieve all goals as a team.
? Work with landlord and property management for your location to ensure smooth cooperation between all parties, and to solve problems if conflicts arise.
? Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analysis and performance reviews with management that tracks the performance of our community.
? Be an influencer within the greater community: leading, influencing and enhancing the naked Hub presence in your city
? Managing petty cash, team building budget, on-going operational cost, hub headcounts, etc.
? Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company when needed

Requirements:

? College graduate with a four-year degree
? At least 5 years of related experience and 2 years of management experience is required
? Proficient in MS-Office.
? Strong communication skill and team work.
? Passionate, driven and responsible
? Fluent in both English and Mandarin are required
