Qualifications:
1. Ph.D. in chemistry or comparable field with experience in technology development Proven track record of accomplishments in commercialization by generating and developing new ideas based on new technologies to market successfully
2. Experience as an effective project team player, leader, and motivator
3. Practical knowledge of stage-gate processes is desired
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
1. Focus on the mechanism of feed additives acted in livestock and poultry.
2. Lead/Participate in new product research and development, including feeding enzyme preparation, fungicide, acidification agent, antioxidative agent, the development and application of antibacterial agent and emulsifier
3. Lead/Participate in the formulation and scale-up of new products, including the formulation of above active components to finished products and scale-up production for finished goods.
4. Investigate, create and develop new methods and technologies for new project advancement.
5. Maintain detailed and organized lab notebooks and research files.
6. Write experimental protocols and prepare reports for internal or external publications.
7. Have a collaborative attitude and work closely with other R&D Scientists to ensure that new technologies are developed in an efficient and timely fashion.
8. Interact with customers to address technical or regulatory questions and provide solutions to problems.
