Responsibilities
- Support the development of the team, the application of professional theory, methods, tools for the business team to provide a full range of solutions, including recruitment, training, performance, staff relations and other human resources work;
- Improve the recruitment process, presided over the high level of business team recruitment, responsible for the candidate's search, selection, interview, entry and other work;
- to assist in the formulation and improvement of the company's organizational structure, pay system, incentive system, employee growth plan;
- Application of professional methods and tools to assist the implementation of the team performance appraisal, pay adjustment, job promotion and adjustment work;
- responsible for the company's new entry procedures and training: the company system training, professional quality training, pre-job training.
- Support other human resources or business needs.

- 完善招聘流程,主持各业务团队高水平人才招聘,负责候选人的搜寻、甄选、面试、入职等工作;
- 协助拟定及完善公司组织架构、薪酬体系、激励制度、员工成长计划;
- 应用专业的方法和工具,协助执行各团队绩效考核、薪酬调整、岗位晋升调整等工作;
- 负责公司新人入职手续办理及培训工作:公司制度培训、职业素质培训、岗前培训等。
-支持其他人力资源或业务需求。
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, 5 + years or above Internet or IT technology company HR work experience;
- self-driven, logical clear, strong learning will and ability, strong execution, able to adapt to the rapid development of the company's pace of work;
- master the six modules of human resources management, familiar with the relevant national policies, laws and regulations;
- familiar with the Internet or IT technology companies recruitment channels;
- Have a wealth of team building and management experience;
- Have good professional ethics, good affinity, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills;
本科以上学历,5+ 年以上互联网或 IT 科技公司 HR 工作经验;
- 自我驱动,逻辑清晰,有较强的学习意愿和能力,执行力强,能适应公司快速发展的工作节奏;
- 熟练掌握人力资源管理六大模块,熟悉国家相关的政策、法律法规;
- 熟悉互联网或 IT 科技公司人才招聘渠道;
