- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI, we are looking for a Worldwide Contracts Specialist (1 year contractor)

What are my responsibilities?

- Reviewing variety of agreements

- Drafting routine legal documents

- Assisting the legal manager in handling various general commercial and corporate legal matters

- Assisting the legal manager in corporate secretarial duties.

- To provide legal assistance to the company on a wide variety of business issues, contract reviews and documentation of commercial and business transactions

- Other corporate legal work arising from the company’s operations and commercial activities in China.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Knowledge

- Substantial and strong business acumen with excellent problem solving and communication skills

- Analytical ability with strong general commercial/contract law background

- Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, dynamic with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and assignments at same time

Experience

- Over one year legal practice in multinational company or reputable law firm

- Experience in contract management

- Experience in corporate secretary matters

Education and Language

- Bachelor degree or above in related majors

- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Desktop/laptop computer capability
