Job Purpose:
Work with Channel Retail/Wholesale Merchant on Region assortments plan, and ensure the right product assortment to be provided to customer. Provide expertise in retail merchandise management to drive first quality sell thru%.
Key Responsibilities:
¨ Identify region product drivers of growth.
¨ Propose OTB for the season thru specs planning (Gender /Category /Sub category) at Store Grade level for region
¨ Drive the customer to build assortment and depth with the product strategy and historical sales performance.
¨ Consolidate, Review & Calibrate orders for the region as per Specs
¨ Monitor sell-thru, and drive targeted first quality sell thru% & active inventory for the region/Account
¨ Base stock setting and sell thru forecast to do replenishment suggestion by account
¨ Consumer analysis &Trend analysis and feedback from a regional perspective into product strategy
Qualifications:
¨ Ability on Retail and Assortment decision support and tools
¨ Ability to drive region growth by analyzing the business and applying learnings to both current and future seasons
¨ Excellent communication skill for cross functional cooperation
¨ Good English skills- include writing, communication
Works on problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
¨ Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (5+ years combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
¨ Minimum 3 years retail merchandising experience at an apparel / footwear company
Proficiency with MS Office applications (PPT & Excel)
