职位描述：
岗位职责：
－ 代表柏年基金会出席特定场合及与捐赠者/支持者/志愿者联络
－ 建立及维护与合作大中小学及社会组织的关系
－ 对柏年基金会的各项目给予相关公共关系方面的支持
－ 收集行业发展、市场动态有关的信息梳理研究，提出方案和建议进行项目优化
－ 负责柏年基金会官方网站、微信公众平台、简报及年报的更新和维护
－ 基金会主席日程安排及出行行程安排
－ 协助其他工作

Job Description:
- Represent Paning Foundation in meetings & in working with donors, supporters and volunteers
- Plan, coordinate and execute cohesive, creative and effective communications and promotion strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with cooperate universities, schools and organizations
- Provide public relationships support to Paning Foundation programs
- Collect industry status & information, engage in research and make proposals as needed
- Develop and update Paning Foundation media and publications such as website /Wechat /Newsletters/Annual report etc
- Arrange schedule and itinerary for Chairman
- Other task and duties as assigned

职位要求：
1. 对非营利事业及公益事业充满热情；
2. 本科及以上学历，海外留学经历优先；
3. 熟练使用办公软件和OS系统软件，会使用设计软件（例如AI/PS）的优先；
4. 具有创造性的思维，精通社交媒体的能力；
5. 必须具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够运用英语熟练表达和阅读；
6. 能够应付压力和最后期限的工作能力；
7. 具有团队协作和独立工作的能力；
8. 年龄25-40岁。
Qualifications Required：
1. Willingness to work on philanthropy;
2. Bachelor degree and above, experience of studying abroad preferred;
3. A strong understanding of communications asset development (Microsoft Office and OS system software), ability to use design software preferred (such as AI/PS);
4. Proactive, innovative and output-oriented personality with good communication skills;
5. Excellent English and Chinese in writing, speaking and reading;
6. Ability to deliver multiple simultaneous projects and to manage workplans against tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
7. Adequate interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team with other staff in achieving common goals and ability to work hard and meet deadlines；
