The Asian Banker, headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Beijing, and a representative in Dubai, is the foremost provider of integrated business intelligence to the financial services industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Asian Banker covers the "business of banking" in the region. Our core products include research services, consulting, publications as well as high quality forums that cover all countries from Japan to Australia. We are also pushing our coverage westward into Central Asia and the Middle East.
The Company has been present in China since 2001, and has a strong working relationship with all the major financial institutions as well as the regulators in the country.
We are in the process of growing on-the-ground capabilities in our small Beijing office and have immediate openings for the following positions based in Beijing:

Office Administrator
(Beijing based)

Responsibilities:
1 Office Management
         Provide day to day management of general administration of the company, include but not limited to the activities of site general services (travelling, cleaning, security, greenery, etc.).
        Coordinate and organize project-related activities (company events, conference, meetings, guest visits, etc.).
       Guide and support admin&facility team members to contribute to team objectives.
       Follows up /maintain/ update company’s policy/process, communicate and train internal users on facility & adm related process/procedures, and serve as an information resource & communication channel for policies and procedures, assignments are complex and diversified in nature, professional judgment and decision making ability will be required.
      Implement and control administrative flow cost, such as stationary, telephone, and office utilities/ expenses, transport, name card, etc., also in charge of internal order and distribution procedures, in charge of the monthly payment for administration general affairs.
2 HR
       HR related stuff including recruitment, employment contract, payroll, Staff attendance report etc.
3 Cashier
       Prepare budget of operating and capital.
       Doing periodic financial reports, Works with finance team.
Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:
         Bachelor’s degree
         1-2 years admin experience
        Fluency in English is a must. Other languages are an advantage
        Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; and good work flow planning and organization skill is preferable.
