Job overview: 工作概览
The project manager and sales engineer is responsible for the design and, installation and overall project management of our indoor air quality engineering projects related to HVAC, filtration, or energy savings. The successful candidate will work to assess the client’s requirement and scope of work, design solutions, prepare proposal content, present or communicate concept to clients as necessary, coordinate resources to implement, and then project manage or oversee execution to ensure quality on-time delivery. The successful candidate may also occasionally evaluate and integrate new technology into our offerings.
项目工程师的工作职责主要是关于暖通空调、空气过滤和节能系统的设计、安装和总体项目管理。符合条件的候选人应当能够了解评估客户的需求和工作范围，进行设计并制定方案，必要的话向客户展示或沟通设计理念，进行资源协调以执行项目，然后进行项目管理和监督项目完成情况。符合要求的候选人需要不定期地为公司评估并且吸纳新的技术。

Responsibilities: 工作职责
Project Management 项目管理
    o Prepare tender docs 准备投标文书
    o Record keeping of HSE related docs HSE相关文件编制及记录
    o Prepare and maintain schedules 制定项目进度计划并执行
    o Interaction with vendors and clients 与客户和供应商沟通合作
    o Ensure project quality and safety 保证项目质量和安全

Lead HVAC-related solutions projects including but not limited to: 负责暖通空调相关的解决方案项目包括但不限于：
   o Design and implementation of ventilation systems 设计并实施通风系统
   o Design and implementation of ERV and HRV solutions 设计并实施HRV或ERV系统
   o Design and implementation of air filtration solutions 设计并实施空气过滤净化系统
Some administrative duties i.e. preparation of presentations and proposals, some translation work, necessary record keeping etc

Interact with outsourced service provider partners 与合作商和供应商沟通配合

Interact with clients during visits – understand needs, explain solutions, and assess on-site systems to help create appropriate solution

Support sales staff proposal creation with solutions recommendation and pricing

Assess new technologies so we can offer clients wide range of best-in-class solutions

Experience: 个人经历
Educational background in HVAC, mechanical engineering or construction preferred
有暖通空调、机械工程或建筑类的专业背景

Experience in project management relating to engineering or construction management
有工程或建筑项目管理类的经验

Possess safety or other industry related professional certificates
有安全执照或其他工业相关的专业执照

Experience in startup or international company a plus
有创业公司或国际企业工作经验者优先

Desired Skills/Characteristics: 所需的技能/技术
PRINCE 2, Agile or PMP qualification 有PRINCE2, Agile 或PMP证书

Native Chinese speaker with functional written English and able to write proposals and presentations in English; 母语为中文，并且能够用英文书写方案以及做演示

Proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, experience in using Sketchup a plus. 精通AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint的使用, 能够使用Sketchup者优先。

Work location & hours: 工作地点和时间
About one-third of worktime is visiting clients locally. Remainder of time is spent in office. Occasionally, there may be business travel but fairly infrequently. 大约三分之一的工作时间需要拜访当地客户。 其余时间将在办公室。极少数情况下，需要出差。

Working hours are typically from 0930-1830, but our company supports a flexible and project-based work schedule. Work may entail occasional Saturday mornings, but if required, will be offset by time off on another workday.
