职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain and continuously improve Food Safety and Quality systems; come up to the FSQM expectation of WHQ and customers;
2. Responsible for internal and external audit of plant,ensure effective implementation of Food Safety and Quality systems in Suzhou plant;
3. Effectively monitor the implementation of the whole processing of raw materials, semi-manufactured products and finished products, ensure constant product quality; prevent and reduce product defective rate;
4. Handle customers''complaint and trend analysis,take effective corrective and preventive actions to improve customers'' satisfactions;
5. Identify potential food safety risk and take effective actions to eliminate it
6. Take effective management on suppliers of raw materials and products related
7. Know and follow the latest laws and regulations relating food industry; ensure that both facility and products are in conformity with law;
8. Lead QA team to achieve KPI
9. Establish training system and develop awareness of quality and food safety of associates;
10. Budget control and quality cost optimization；
11. Regular monitoring and assist to improve of Rich’s CO-packer .
Skills and abilities:
1. Rich experience of the implementation and application of Food Safety and Quality systems
2. Familiar with China''s food laws and regulation
3. Strong abilities of organizing, and systematical analysis; strong team work spirit and communicational skill
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking and writing
5. Capable of statistic analysis
