职位描述：
Key Accountabilities：
1. Establish and maximize allocation of resources, costs and time frames for projects.
2. Update and improve facility working process to keep operation effectiveness.
3. Manage storage inventory, including in-bound, out-bound, cycling, records, etc.
4. Perform facility engineering objectives (designed / recommended by corporate) to ensure daily operations of all equipment and utility supply (water, electricity, etc.)
5. Stay abreast of good technical engineering concepts and competition to organization.
6. Assist to develop the company safety program and monitor the implementation.
7. Develop risk assessment methods and conducts accident/incident investigation.
8. Be able to activate written contingency plans to deal with natural disasters, emergencies or civil disturbance.
9. Ensure compliance with policies for building, maintaining guarding standards.
10. Oversee and control the flow of delivery service to clients.
11. Manage and coordinate with other 3rd party vendors/contractors and their employees.
12. Generate routine operation matrix report to submit to upper manager as required.



Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree from logistics/warehouse management or related major, or equivalent experience.
2. 5 years in a similar field in which 2 years in a management role
3. Excellent people management skills
4. Strong project & process management, efficient working style
5. Good communication skills both verbal and written in both Chinese and English
